BRoadway Office

This is our main office; Dr. Clark sees patients here on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. It is roughly on the corner of East 26th Street and Broadway. Some patients have mentioned that some map apps direct you to the wrong location. Our office is located in the historic St. James Building. It is handicap accessible - our office is on the 11th floor. There are public bathrooms and a water fountain.
Broadway Office
The entrance to our offices is right here, between La Pecora Bianca and Rizzoli Books.

Upper West side office

Our original location, located right off Central Park in Manhattan’s beautiful and historic Upper West Side. Availability is limited here; Dr. Clark sees patients in this office on Fridays.
When you enter, go to the right past the doorman. You should see the door for Suite 1A. Buzz the option 1 on the door and you’ll be let into the waiting area
